Decorated empty cosmetic packaging needs protection before it reaches a filling line. A printed cap or coated bottle can look correct on an inspection table yet acquire rub marks when parts move against one another inside a carton. The packing arrangement therefore matters alongside the approved finish.
SamBound New Material Technology Company Ltd. describes PP bags and export cartons in its public packing information. It also lists trays, gift boxes and shrink wrapping as options to discuss for a project. Those options provide a starting point for agreeing how a particular empty packaging model will be shipped.
Separate contact protection from movement control
A bag can provide a barrier between a decorated surface and surrounding items, but loose parts may still move within it. A tray or divider can control the position of individual pieces when its pockets suit their shape. Neither the word “bag” nor “tray” establishes the protection achieved by a completed shipping pack.
For example, a long cap should not become the support point for a heavier component above it. A tray pocket also needs to release the part without dragging a printed panel against its edge. These are practical design considerations for the proposed packing arrangement, rather than claims about a standard Sambound tray.
Review the finish and the contact surfaces together
The relevant question is where each decorated surface touches the bag, tray, neighboring part or carton. Review the actual production finish: a high gloss coating, metallic decoration and printed lettering may show contact marks differently. Do not assume that a packing arrangement approved for an undecorated sample also represents a decorated version.
Check how the units are loaded, which faces remain exposed and whether components are shipped assembled or separately. A protective film, if proposed, also needs to be suitable for the finish and removable without an unacceptable mark. Adding more wrapping is useful only when it addresses an identified contact or movement problem.
Check the completed shipping arrangement
Evaluate a representative packed carton with the intended quantity and part orientation. Agree handling or transport checks that reflect the route, and compare the condition of representative parts before packing and after unpacking. Record visible rub marks, transferred decoration, distorted parts and whether unloading creates damage.
The acceptance conditions and test method belong to the project agreement. A general company profile or certificate does not establish a particular drop height, vibration result or scratch resistance for the selected shipping pack.

Showroom samples illustrate packaging appearances. The display is not a transport test or an example of export carton packing.
